Chicken Lasagna

Chicken Lasagna !!

It is an Italian dish that is much liked by Pakistanis nowadays. Cheesy-cheese and meet dish...who will resist to eat such kind of dish. For sure,not!

However,its a time taking dish, but once its made you'll enjoy it simply! It requires time and effort both. Lasagna Strips are available from market. Simply fetch a packet of these strips boil it in same way as a macaroni pasta.

Prepare tomato sauce,Cheese sauce and fried saucy chicken its up to you to keep it spicy or normal. I followed Chef Shireen Apa recipe ( Program Evening with Shireen on Masala TV) and my dish turned out to be heavenly. 

For Cheese sauce, use Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese i used Cheddar. Use some butter,black pepper, oregano and MilkPak cream (whole packet) and use wooden spoon to continuously stir it. For preparing saucy chicken, marinate chicken with soy sauce, black pepper, lemon juice, salt and ginger-garlic paste and then fry it. For tomato sauce you need a tomato paste,salt,black pepper and oregano. Now, finally coming to the arrangement of the dish. First of all put layer of Lasagna strips then saucy chicken layer then tomato and cheese sauce respectively. Repeat this layer process 2 or 3 times.
The dish is finally ready!

Garnish it with oregano and bake it in oven for 5-6 minutes. Enjoy!😋
