In Famous food chains, You crave for this dish and pay a handsome amount to a restaurant for satisfying your craving need! Huh?! Is it so? Yeah it is!!! Today I will make you learn to make this dish at home not only hygienically but also in more quantity.
I searched on internet about this recipe then I read 4 to 5 recipes. I selected the recipes that appeared good to me then i mixed ingredients of two recipes and prepared it. Believe it I was feeling myself on cloud nine as soon as i took a bite of my grilled chicken. Marination of chicken is very important and i used 4 pieces of chicken breast. Marinated two of them in separate bowl and another two breasts in another bowl.
Ingredients for Marination:
Oil 2-3 tbsp for frying
Salt to taste
Garlic Powder 2 tsp
Mustard powder 2 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp
Garlic Chilli Sauce 2 Tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1- 1 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice 2-3 Tbsp
Oil 2 Tbsp
Red Chilli Flakes 2 Tbsp
Green Chilli Crushed 1 Tbsp
Lemon Juice is an important ingredient. Adding more like 3 Tbsp will enhance its juicy lemon flavor.
Mix these all ingredients well and marinate chickens for approximately 45 Mins. Repeat this procedure and marination for the other 2 pieces of chicken breast. Fry Chicken in Grill Pan on medium heat till Golden Colour.
Thyme Sauce
In a saucepan on a medium heat, take 2 Tbsp Butter OR 2-2 1/2 Tbsp Blueband Margarine. I used Blueband margarine.
1 Clove of Garlic (Finely Chopped)
