Chicken Steak

Chicken Steak? Ahhh Yumm! So, Let's Try Now!!!😋😋

INGREDIENTS:

2 Chicken Breast
Finely Chopped Onion
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 tbsp mustard powder/paste
4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp MilkPak Cream 
4-5 Lemons Squeezed
2 (1/2) tbsp black pepper 
3 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
5 dried red chillies
2 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp cinnamon powder
3 tbsp plain flour

WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE 
1/2 CUP LEMON JUICE
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp Soya Sauce
1 tbsp brown Sugar
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp garlic powder   ( I used in combination 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste)
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp onion powder   (Or you can use chopped onion)
1/8 tsp cinnamon powder 
1/8 tsp black pepper

White Sauce (Optional) 

Chopped Onion
Chopped Garlic 
1 tbsp Margarine
2 tbsp fresh cream 

In a Pan, add these all ingredients of white sauce mentioned above and add in some quantities the following ingredients:
Dry red chillies
Salt
Black Pepper
Oregano
Mustard Powder

Add a little bit more margarine if you feel it necessary and stir upon low heat. 

METHOD

First of all, flat chicken breast with hammer. Add Ginger Garlic paste, mustard powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt,cinnamon powder,black pepper and 3 tbsp oil into a bowl and mix well until the oil disappear. Dip Chicken breast in this mixture and pour lemon juice on both sides of the chicken breast. Marinate for 1 hour. In a frying pan, add 2 tbsp oil and stir fry plain flour and remove it from pan. Heat your grill pan, add oil if you don't have a grill pan then use simple pan. No Problem folks! Put your steak in pan and cook it then flip to the other side.

FOR GRAVY

Fry onion in 2 tbsp oil,add water and cook. Add dry red chilies, salt, Worcestershire sauce and salt then mix it. Now add fried plain flour mixture slowly in sauce and mix well. Add crushed black pepper and add MilkPak Cream and cook 2 minutes more. Cut Chicken steaks in 2 parts and and serve your steak with this amazing and mouth-watering gravy and fried potato veges.

Just Bake!

Hi Guys! Hope you guys are doing well. I hope that u have spent your vacations well and now your institutions are re-opened.
