Pizza Lovers!

Chicken Tikka Cheese Pizza What do you think? You don't believe? Really?! after looking at the picture ...then trust me. This pizza is home-made. Yeah, now let me tell you about it. I didn't prepare pizza dough at home, although it's easy to bake it at home. Because it was my first attempt therefore i preferred to buy pizza dough from market.  Dough was soft and yummy. I bought it from Al-Fatah. I prepared tomato sauce, you have to spread it on pizza dough then comes layer of saucy chicken, as the name implies when i fried this marinated chicken. I used 3 Tbsp of Nestle Milk Pak Cream. It just makes it taste very excellent. Just imagine fried chicken engulfed in layer of cheese and cream when enters your mouth...ahhhh.. yummm! You feel yourself on cloud nine. For marination of  chicken i used lemon juice, soyasauce, salt, black pepper and tikka flavor spice.Toppings include sliced capsicum, tomato slices,Olives,Oregano Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese. I used Adam...

Chinese Cuisine!

It's time to talk about Chinese cuisine Now!!! Looking Yummy? (See Picture below). Then just make sure you have some necessary ingredients to cook this dish and quickly make it to serve to your family. For Chinese rice, you need corn and you have to boil it before mixing with rice. In a separate pan, cook vegetables lightly like i mean just saute them.Vegetables for Chinese rice include Chinese carrot and capsicum. Ensure that you do not cook vegetables on high heat otherwise it will kill crispiness of your vegetables. For those short chunks of fried egg,all you need to do is heat a pan, crack the egg and pour into it then after 1-2 minutes just separate it with the help of 2 forks held simultaneously together in your hands to turn it into pieces. DRY CHILLI CHICKEN  Yumm!!!Fried Chilli Chicken chunks in light gravy.Really Delicious and mouth-watering😋 I just watched a you tube video and made it easily.Instead of eating traditional Chicken Fajita and Manchurian with Chines...

Cake Love!

Yayyy! Made it! This cake somehow looks like a big size donut!! But Nooo! It's the magic of mould that turned the shape of batter in this form!  As the name suggests,''velvet'' mentioned due to softness of cake and batter's smoothness. I was craving for cake and was continuously saying to my mom that i want to bake a cake and want some authentic recipe. As you all know that if there is no proper measurement of ingredients mentioned in the recipe, result will be below your expectations. My mom went to her bedroom, opened her cupboard then she took out her old recipe notebook on which even the ballpoint writing was faded a bit haha and provided me with an extremely exquisite recipe! It is not important to blindly follow the recipe ....Oh i mean about the garnishing and decoration. You can decore your cake with sprinkles or chocolate beans whatever you like!  One special thing i would like to mention is that i didn't use electric beater. Amazing? I used sim...
